What do we offer?
* 4 Active Flexibility classes where you’ll get your in-person active flexibility training weekly.
* Access to online flexibility and strength exercises to help you incorporate stretching into your daily life. Each week, your instructor will email you with video tutorials of several selected exercises from class with recommendations for how many times to practice until the next class.
* Personal feedback from our instructor outside the class. You can record yourself practicing outside of class and send a short video once per week to your instructor to check your form for each exercise. They will provide personalized feedback to improve your flexibility training and help you reach your goals.

This program is for everyone from all levels.
4-Week Active Flexibility Series is designed to safely develop flexibility and strength training that’ll help you improve your pole performance, physical activities, and daily life!
Whether you want to:
- work on your splits and backbends
- or recover and release tight muscles from sitting at a computer for long hours during the day
or improve your flexibility and strength for pole dancing, such as overhead shoulder range
Then this series is great for you!

How the 4-Week Active Flexibility Series work?
You’ll show up at our studio for your active flexibility class every Wednesday at 7:00 pm starting from October 4th. The next day after your class, you’ll receive an email with home workouts and tutorials. During your first class, you’ll set your strength and flexibility goals for your path towards growth.
Classes will be 60 minutes.
Why is this program different?
Unlike taking a drop-in flexibility class, you’ll commit to your active flexibility training for 4 weeks! You’ll see the progress as you show up and keep practicing!
This 4-Week Active Flexibility Series is a personalized flexibility and strength training that is modified according to each participant’s goals and level.
Besides taking regular in-person classes at our studio, you’ll receive online tutorials and exercises. You’ll have access to these online tutorials during this program that are designed to support your flexibility training outside the class.
During the 4 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to send your at-home practice videos to our instructor for personalized feedback. They will give you corrections and suggestions to improve your form and help you reach your flexibility goals.
You’ll learn in a safe space with a great community.
Price: $ 180
*Studio memberships and class packages can be used towards this 4-week active flexibility series. Please sign up for all the classes through the schedule.
*Drop-ins will not access to online flexibility and strength exercises and receive personalized feedback outside the classes.
