Need a guidance to get ready for class? Here is what you need to know:

Pole workout can heat your body up! Bring your water to stay hydrated and towel to stay dry.

We recommend wearing shorts or leggings that can be rolled up to the thighs. This is to maximise your leg grip on the pole just in case you need!

Talking about the grip, make sure you avoid any creams, oils, and lotions on your skin the day of class (it makes it difficult to hold on!)
