In this 4-Week Strength and Pole Conditioning journey, you’ll increase your muscle strength, endurance, power, and mobility through a series of repetitive dynamic moves on and off the pole.
This is the pole dancer’s workout!
This Series is for you whether you’ve:
• got a set of pole tricks you’re aiming to master or
• been looking to get as strong and fit as a pole dancer
You’ll improve your performance and overall fitness with pole conditioning exercises. Plus, you’ll prep your body for the demands of your pole goals, work, or life!
Class Dates: February 20 – March 12 | Tuesdays
Times: 8:30 – 9:30 pm
Cost: $100 for the entire program. Save $80!
If you’d like to sign up for the Strength & Pole Conditioning classes individually, it’s $45/class.
** No pole or fitness experience required. Open to all levels.
