WHAT YOU GET

You’ll get six pole classes over six weeks. Classes will be held on the same day and time every week. You’ll learn the foundations of pole dancing, including pole climbs, pole sits, spins & twirls, moves with knee hook, combos, and pole dance choreography.

You’ll get access to our online library of off-the-pole exercises: warm-ups, floorwork, leg work, and flexibility that’ll nurture your pole dancing practice. This keeps you active until your next pole class and strengthens your pole practice. You’ll also find exercises that help you release muscle tension and recover your body.

We know that most of us don’t have poles at home. That’s why our 6-Week Pole Program also provides you unlimited open pole studio time during six weeks. This gives you the opportunity to practice, film your progress, play on the pole, and refine the skills you’ve learned in the class. During these six weeks, you can sign up for open pole studio through our schedule for free!

Consistency and commitment are important for your progress and growth. We expect you to show up for yourself at every class! But, we know life happens. If you miss a class, we offer you a drop-in pole class from our schedule as a make up. Let our front desk managers know, and they’ll help you book your make-up pole class at your convenience.

At the end of your 6-Week Pole Program, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion to celebrate your commitment and accomplishment. It’s our way of recognizing your dedication, growth, and the confidence you’ve built throughout your pole journey.

With our 6-Week Beginner Pole Program, you’re joining an empowering community that has your back. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who cheer for you every step of the way. We’ve seen so many friendships blossom in our beginner pole programs. Our studio community is welcoming, judgement-free, and supportive; you never have to worry about “not being good enough” to belong here.

What Our Students Have To Say

I like that it was the same people and same teacher every week. I actually gained the confidence I wanted and even more I got strength. I finally conquered my fear of spinning!

Melissa L.

I debated for 3 weeks if I should join the program or not because I thought that I’d be very bad at it. At first, it was a confidence thing for me but I got a lot of strength out of it. I feel so joyful right now!

Heidi O.

I definitely feel that I’m getting stronger! Especially the abs! It’s a very lovely environment, very encouraging. I loved it! Super fun program.

Jasmine O.

It was a super well done program. I learned a lot about my body. It’s sad that it’s over. It was my favorite part of the week!

Sophia S.

Absolutely. In fact, that is exactly why this pole program exists. You don’t need the strength to start; you join the 6-Week Pole Program to build it. The truth is: We don’t pole dance because we’re strong. We are strong because we pole dance!

Absolutely not. Who says you’re too old for pole dancing? Age is just a number; you can start anything at any age, and pole is no different. We have students from all walks of life and all ages in our community. Whether you are 20 or 60, our instructors ensure you are moving in a way that feels safe and empowering for your body. You’ll be surprised at what you can do!

First of all, Every BODY can pole dance. We take immense pride in being a studio where strength and grace are celebrated at every size. You don’t need to change your body to start; our instructors are specifically trained to guide you into movements that feel safe, successful, and empowering for your unique body shape. For your peace of mind: our  poles safely support up to 330 lbs.

No. This pole program is barefoot. You don’t need to worry about buying expensive shoes or balancing in 7-inch heels just yet. While heels are a fun part of pole dancing, our 6-week beginner pole program focuses on building your pole foundations and grip first.

To grip the pole safely, you need direct skin contact. Fabric will slide, so shorts are essential. We recommend shorts that expose the skin on upper thighs, but it’s ok to wear any shorts such as bike shorts that make you move comfortably and feel confident. For top, anything comfy like tank tops or sports bra works. No shoes, we’ll pole dance barefoot.

We are committed to making sure every student takes 6 pole classes of the program no matter what. We know life happens, so if you miss a session, we won’t let you fall behind. Just let our front desk team know, and they’ll help you book a make‑up class from our regular schedule at a day and time that works for you.

Classes are 70 minutes, longer than our drop-in classes.

The maximum number of students we allow in our 6‑Week Pole Program is 10, so you get plenty of personal attention and clear spotting. We share poles (because sharing is caring!), which actually gives you short rest breaks – it’s physically demanding to pole non-stop for the full 70 minutes – and a chance to watch and learn from your peers.

Everybody can pole dance. All you need is to start.

No experience needed – just your desire and excitement to try pole dancing!
