CANCELLATION POLICY
You can reschedule/cancel a class online up to 24 hours before class start time and keep your class credit to be used at a future date. Please note that the class is not refunded. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, your class will be forfeited. When you sign up for a class and do not show up, you lose your class credit.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 10 minutes late for the class, you can’t join the class and you lose your class credit. Your class will not be refunded and you will not be allowed to reuse your class credit. Please note that warm-up is extremely important for pole classes and you’ll miss the warm-up when you are late. This late policy is for your own safety.
NO-SHOW POLICY
When you sign up for a class and do not show up, you lose your class credit. Your class will not be refunded and you will not be allowed to reuse your class credit.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Please be aware of the expiration dates of your membership and packages because expiration extensions are not available.
POLE PROGRAM POLICY
Once you register for a pole program, your spot is reserved for that specific start date and time. Pole programs are non-transferable. You cannot move your enrollment to a later program or a different session after signing up.
We know life happens, so we do offer up to four (4) make-up classes during your program for any sessions you miss. To use one, simply let our front desk team know and they’ll help you book a drop-in pole class from our schedule as your make-up.
Please note: leaving your current program to switch into a different or later-starting pole program is not permitted, as each program builds progressively and spots are limited.
OPEN POLE STUDIO
Open pole studio time is for you to practice on your own. There are no instructions or spotting available during open pole studio. If you sign up and do not show up, you lose your class credit.
RECORDING POLICY
Recording entire classes is strictly not allowed. You are welcome to record yourself—your combos, tricks, or personal progress moments—but not continuous class footage. If you choose to film yourself, please be mindful of other students who may appear in the background and ask them or permission if they’ll be in frame. We love that you want to capture your progress, just please protect the privacy and comfort of everyone sharing the space with you.
OBSERVERS AT THE STUDIO
You or your friends cannot stay at the studio and watch the class. We do not allow observers at the studio to ensure our students’ comfort during the class.
PETS AT THE STUDIO
No dogs and animals are allowed at the studio.
