8-WEEK INTERMEDIATE POLE HEELS PROGRAM

Get confident and strong in your heels in eight weeks! In this program, you will:
- Develop intermediate heels technique
- Strengthen your legs and ankles for pole dancing in heels
- Learn exotic tricks and transitions
- Put all the skills you learn together into fully-choreographed Valentine’s Day themed routine
Who Is This Program For ?
Students must be comfortable in heels and can do heel clacks, leg circles, toe drags, pole walks, and pirouettes in heels.

- 6-Week Pole Heels Program OR
- Pole Heels Choreo drp-in classes
Class Dates: Feb 7 – Apr 4 (Saturdays)
Time: 12:00 PM
* No class on Mar 28th.
- Weekly Pole Heels Classes:
You’ll get eight pole heels classes over eight weeks. Classes will be held every Saturday at 12 pm.
The program is split into two parts:
In the first 4 weeks, you’ll focus on building intermediate heels technique, conditioning, and learning tricks and transitions that will be used in the routine.
In the final 4 weeks, you’ll put it all together with a Valentine Day’s-theme choreographed routine that builds week by week — allowing you to flow, perform, and dance with confidence in your heels.
- Unlimited Open Pole Studio Time:
We know that most of us don’t have poles at home. That’s why our 8-Week Pole Heel Program provides you unlimited open pole studio time during eight weeks. You’ll have time to practice your heels technique and play with the new tricks you’ve learned!
- Make-up options:
We love seeing your dedication and showing up for every class—it’s amazing! But, life happens, and we totally get it. No worries if you miss a class. You can stay in your game with a make-up class. Just talk to our front desk managers, and they’ll gladly find a time that works best for you. We’ve got you covered!
