Get confident and strong in your heels in eight weeks! In this program, you will:

  • Develop intermediate heels technique
  • Strengthen your legs and ankles for pole dancing in heels
  • Learn exotic tricks and transitions
  • Put all the skills you learn together into fully-choreographed Valentine’s Day themed routine

Who Is This Program For ?

Students must be comfortable in heels and can do heel clacks, leg circles, toe drags, pole walks, and pirouettes in heels.

What's In It For You?

You’ll get eight pole heels classes over eight weeks. Classes will be held every Thursday at 8 pm.

The program is split into two parts:
In the first 4 weeks, you’ll focus on building intermediate heels technique, conditioning, and learning tricks and transitions that will be used in the routine.
In the final 4 weeks, you’ll put it all together with a choreographed routine that builds week by week — allowing you to flow, perform, and dance with confidence in your heels.

We know that most of us don’t have poles at home. That’s why our 8-Week Pole Heel Program provides you unlimited open pole studio time during eight weeks. You’ll have time to practice your heels technique and play with the new tricks you’ve learned!

We love seeing your dedication and showing up for every class—it’s amazing! But, life happens, and we totally get it. No worries if you miss a class. You can stay in your game with a make-up class. Just talk to our front desk managers, and they’ll gladly find a time that works best for you. We’ve got you covered!
