This is a 6-week pole-inspired movement & dance program for women to build strength, confidence, and sensual flow — without a pole, without a studio, without any experience. Instead of trying to figure it out on your own, you’re guided week by week, privately (1:1) and live (online).
For the past four years, our 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners at our studio has been a place of incredible transformation, and it’s consistently sold out. Over time, we started hearing the same thing again and again:

How the 6-Week No-Pole Program works?
This is a fully online program, with no in-person classes, so you can participate entirely from home.
- Weekly Private 1:1 Sessions (Online):
Each week, you’ll have a 60-minute private session on Zoom with Lacın Keles, founder of Magnetic Pole Fit.
This is your dedicated time to learn, explore, move, dance, improve by guidance, ask questions, and be fully supported-without a group of people, without comparison, and without pressure.
We’ll meet on the same day and time each week, so your schedule stays consistent and easy to plan for over the six weeks.
What each class looks like:
Every class follows a familiar flow so you can relax into it, focus on how your body feels, and deepen your learning process.
Connection: We start by settling in, checking in, and making sure you feel comfortable and supported before moving.
Warm-up: You’ll be guided through a pole dance inspired warm-up to prepare your body for movement—grounded, playful, and energizing.
Pole-inspired movement: Each week, you’ll learn new pole-inspired dance moves, adapted for the floor. We’ll use a wall or a chair time to time for strength and sassy moves but we’ll mainly be moving & dancing on the floor. We’ll focus on building strength and flexibility, deepening into sensations, and boosting our feminine confidence, without a pole.
Dance flow: Those movements are then brought together into a short combo and danced with music, so you can experience rhythm, expression, and that “oh… this feels good” moment.
Cool Down and Reflection: We wrap up with a cool down, giving you space to share anything you noticed or want to reflect on, and to gently integrate what you just experienced.
In your sixth class, you’ll dance a full routine built from everything you’ve learned in the first five weeks.
- Weekly Pre-Recorded Videos:
In addition to your 1:1 sessions, you’ll receive one pre-recorded video each week designed to support your progress between classes.
These videos fall into themes like Sexy Flexy, Sassy Strength, or Sensual Waves, and are focused on helping you build strength, improve flexibility, develop expression, musicality, and sensual movement.
They are different from what we do in your live sessions and give you extra guidance and variety, so you can nurture your movement and dance practice without a pole at home on your own time, at your own pace. Think of them as additional support to help you deepen the strength, flexibility, and sass you’re working toward.
- Weekly Check-ins:
Each week, you’ll receive a check-in email with a few simple questions about how the week felt: what came easily, what felt challenging, and what you noticed in your body.
Along with the check-in, you’ll also receive a prompt to help you explore movement, dance, or sensation more intentionally in your body.
This is for accountability and for you to stay connected to your body, deepen your awareness, and keep the dialogue going between classes—so your progress feels grounded, not rushed.
