6-WEEK ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM: SPLITS

Get bendy. Stay strong. Open splits.

In this 6-Week Active Flexibility Program, you’ll build strength and mobility to safely improve your front splits, middle splits, straddle, and overall flexibility for smoother, stronger movement. Through a series of active flexibility exercises, you’ll reach your pole split goals. 

Who is this for?
•⁠ ⁠have a set of pole split tricks you’re aiming to master such as jade splits

•⁠ ⁠want to get as strong and flexible as a pole dancer

•⁠ ⁠have been looking to increase your flexibility towards your splits and straddle

•⁠ ⁠want to learn active flexibility drills towards splits and oversplits

** No pole or fitness experience required. Open to all levels.

You’ll improve your mobility and flexibility with targeted active flexibility training, helping you build strength in your end ranges so you can move deeper, safer, and more confidently for your splits.

Class Dates: July 7 – August 11 | Tuesdays

Times: 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Cost: $197 for the entire program (If you’d like to sign up for the Active Flexibility classes individually, it’s $45/class)

Weekly active flexibility classes: Classes will be held every Tuesday at 6:30pm starting from July 7. Each class is focused on active flexibility training for your front or middle splits and straddles.
You’ll move towards your pole and flexibility goals in a supportive community under the guidance of a highly experienced instructor, Ryker Rose. Besides, if you have any specific goals, just let us know at the first class and we’ll help you reach it during the program. Feel free to bring your questions about human body, muscle strength, flexibility to us every Tuesday and we’ll answer them all!

Please note that there are no make-up options for this program. But even if you miss a class, you’ll learn the active flexibility exercises from your instructor in that class and keep the momentum going!
