Need a guidance to get ready for class? Here is what you need to know:
Pole workout can heat your body up! Bring your water to stay hydrated and towel to stay dry.
Yoga shorts and T-shirt or tank top are recommended for Pole Strength classes. If you would like to wear leggings, make sure your leggings can be rolled up to the thighs. This is to maximise your leg grip on the pole just in case you need!<br /> We recommend yogalike attire with leggings for Gentle Pole. Make yourself comfortable and avoid loose clothes.
Talking about the grip, make sure you avoid any creams, oils, and lotions on your skin the day of class (it makes it difficult to hold on!)
Remove watches, bracelets, rings and long earrings.
We generally move barefoot but you’re welcome to bring grip socks.
Get to the studio 10 minutes before class to sign up, find your pole, and get ready to start! If you have any injuries or limitations, please let us know. Our instructors offer modifications of movements so you can work out without discomfort.
