You’ll learn fluid transitions, body awareness, musicality, and choreography that helps you feel strong, grounded, and sexy—whether you’re brand new to floorwork or ready to deepen your style.

This series is for anyone who wants to feel more confident, sensual, and connected in their movement. It’s perfect for students who want to explore choreography beyond tricks, build fluidity, and develop a deeper relationship with their body through dance.

In this 6-Week Sensual Floorwork Series, you will:
Master Liquid Movement: Learn the secrets to seamless, “melt-into-the-floor” transitions that make your movement look effortless and sensual.
Build Floor Power: Develop the core strength, flexibility, and control you need for clean leg work, shoulder rolls, and graceful floor dance transitions.
Own Your Sensuality: Discover your flow and build the confidence to express yourself through music and dance.
Your Signature Routine: Combine everything you’ve learned into a mesmerizing, fully choreographed floorwork routine created for you that you’ll feel proud to perform.
Weekly Floorwork Classes: Six sensual floorwork classes, every Sunday at 12:00pm for six weeks, building progressively so every class connects to the last.
Small, Supportive Group: Train with a welcoming community of movers who are cheering you on as you explore and express yourself. Only 8 spots are available.
Please bring your socks. Heels are welcome. Knee pads are required.
