5- WEEK ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM
Get bendy. Stay strong.
In this 5-Week Active Flexibility Program, you’ll build strength and mobility to safely improve your splits, backbends, and overall flexibility for smoother, stronger movement. Through a series of active flexibility exercises, you’ll reach your bendy pole move goals.
Who is this for?
• have a set of bendy pole tricks you’re aiming to master
• want to get as strong and flexible as a pole dancer
• have been looking to increase your flexibility towards your splits, straddle, and backbends
• want to learn active flexibility drills
** No pole or fitness experience required. Open to all levels.
You’ll improve your mobility and flexibility with targeted active flexibility training, helping you build strength in your end ranges so you can move deeper, safer, and more confidently for your splits, backbends, and everyday life.
Class Dates: Feb 24 – Mar 24 | Tuesdays
Times: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Cost: $170 for the entire program (If you’d like to sign up for the Active Flexibility classes individually, it’s $45/class)
Weekly active flexibility classes: Classes will be held every Tuesday at 6:30pm starting from February 24. Each class is focused on active flexibility training, and each week targets one key area like splits, pancakes, shoulders, or back flexibility.
You’ll move towards your pole, flexibility, and strength goals in a supportive community under the guidance of a highly experienced instructor, Jody Ryker. Besides, if you have any specific goals, just let us know at the first class and we’ll help you reach it during the program. Feel free to bring your questions about human body, muscle strength, flexibility to us every Tuesday and we’ll answer them all!
Please note that there are no make-up options for this program. But even if you miss a class, you’ll learn the active flexibility exercises from your instructor in that class and keep the momentum going!
