Get confident and strong in your heels in six weeks! In this program, you will:

  • develop your heels technique
  • strengthen your legs and ankles for pole dancing in heels
  • learn exotic tricks and transitions
  • put all the skills you learn together into fully-choreographed slinky routine

Who is this program for?

This program is for students who have

* completed the 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners

OR

* taken minimum of six beginner level pole classes and comfortable with pirouettes + foundational pole spins

No heels experience required.

Class Dates: Jan 11 – Feb 15 | Saturdays

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

* Weekly Pole Heels Classes: You’ll get six pole heels classes over six weeks. Classes will be held every Saturday at 11am. You’ll get a breakdown of essential heel techniques, conditioning unique to pole dancing in heels, strength exercises for your legs and ankles, and tricks and transitions. And of course a captivating choreography that builds week by week. Each class combines technique and choreography, allowing you to master your moves while having a blast dancing in heels!

Unlimited Open Pole Studio Time: We know that most of us don’t have poles at home. That’s why our 6-Week Pole Heel Program provides you unlimited open pole studio time during six weeks. You’ll have time to practice your heels technique and play with the new tricks you’ve learned!

Make-up options: We love seeing your dedication and showing up for every class—it’s amazing! But, life happens, and we totally get it. No worries if you miss a class. You can stay in your game with a make-up class. Just shoot us an email or talk to our front desk manager, and we’ll gladly find a time that works best for you. We’ve got you covered!
