Get confident and strong in your heels in eight weeks! In this program, you will:
- Develop your heels technique
- Strengthen your legs and ankles for pole dancing in heels
- Learn exotic tricks and transitions
- Put all the skills you learn together into fully-choreographed slinky routine
Who Is This Program For ?
This program is for students who have
Completed the 6-Week Pole Program for Absolute Beginners
OR taken minumum of six pole classes and comfortable with foundational pole spins and pirouettes
No heels experience required.
Class Dates: Aug 31 – Oct 5 (Sundays)
Time: 10:00 AM
- Weekly Pole Heels Classes:
You’ll get six pole heels classes over six weeks. Classes will be held every Sunday at 10 am.
The program is split into two parts:
In the first 3 weeks, you’ll focus on building strong foundations through heel technique, conditioning, and learning tricks and transitions that will be used in the routine.
In the final 3 weeks, you’ll put it all together with a choreographed routine that builds week by week — allowing you to flow, perform, and dance with confidence in your heels.
Each class blends skill-building and self-expression, giving you the tools to move powerfully and playfully in your own style.
- Unlimited Open Pole Studio Time:
We know that most of us don’t have poles at home. That’s why our 6-Week Pole Heel Program provides you unlimited open pole studio time during six weeks. You’ll have time to practice your heels technique and play with the new tricks you’ve learned!
- Make-up options:
We love seeing your dedication and showing up for every class—it’s amazing! But, life happens, and we totally get it. No worries if you miss a class. You can stay in your game with a make-up class. Just shoot us an email or talk to our front desk manager, and we’ll gladly find a time that works best for you. We’ve got you covered!
