5-Week Strength & Flexibility Program

Get stronger, flexible, and unstoppable!

In this 5-Week Strength and Flexibility Program, you’ll increase your muscle strength, endurance, power, and flexibility through a series of pole conditioning and active flexibility exercises. 

This is the pole dancer’s workout!

This Series is for you whether you:
* have a set of pole tricks you’re aiming to master 

* want to get as strong and fit as a pole dancer

* have been looking to increase your flexibility towards your splits and backbends

* want to learn pole conditioning towards specific pole moves on your bucket list

You’ll improve your performance, mobility, and overall fitness with pole conditioning, strength, and active flexibility exercises. Plus, you’ll prep your body for the demands of your pole goals, work, or life!

Class Dates: Nov 5 – Dec 3 | Tuesdays

Times: 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Cost: $150 for the entire program

If you’d like to sign up for the Strength & Flexibility classes individually, it’s $45/class. 

** No pole or fitness experience required. Open to all levels.

Weekly strength and flexibility classes: Classes will be held every Tuesday at 7:30pm during November until December 3rd. Half of the class is geared towards strength and pole conditioning whereas the other half includes active flexibility training towards your splits, pancakes, shoulder and back flexibility.

 

 You’ll move towards your pole, flexibility, and strength goals in a supportive community under the guidance of a highly experienced instructor, Jody Ryker. Besides, if you have any specific goals, just let us know at the first class and we’ll help you reach it during the program. Feel free to bring your questions about human body, muscle strength, mobility to us every Tuesday and we’ll answer them all!

Please note that there are no make-up options for this program. But even if you miss a class, you’ll learn the pole conditioning and flexibility exercises from your instructor in that class and keep the momentum going!
