6-Week No-Pole Dance Program for Beginners
By booking and participating in the 6-Week No-Pole Dance Program for Beginners offered by Magnetic Pole Fit, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Program Participation & Experience: The 6-Week No-Pole Program is a live, online, beginner-friendly movement and dance coaching program delivered over six (6) weeks.
For safety, coaching quality, and effective guidance, participants are required to attend sessions with their camera turned on for the duration of the class.If a participant is unable or unwilling to turn on their camera, MPF reserves the right to end or decline to conduct the session, and such sessions will be considered attended and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Payments & Refund Policy: All sales are final.
No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed sessions, or early withdrawal from the Program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on individual participation, consistency, and personal circumstances, which Magnetic Pole Fit cannot guarantee.
That said, Magnetic Pole Fit is deeply committed to providing a high-quality, supportive experience. While refunds are not offered, our goal is for you to feel fully supported throughout the Program. We are committed to delivering a thoughtful, world-class experience and will work with you, where possible, to address concerns and help you get the most out of your participation.
Scheduling, Attendance & Make-Up Sessions:
Live 1:1 sessions are scheduled in advance.
Make-up sessions are only available if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session.
Sessions missed due to late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Magnetic Pole Fit does not guarantee availability for make-up sessions and scheduling is subject to coach availability.
Health, Injuries & Assumption of Risk: You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in this session. You understand that Magnetic Pole Fit does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for assessing your physical condition.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations, you agree to take full responsibility for modifying movements or discontinuing participation as needed.
You acknowledge that you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity if you have concerns about your health.
By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Magnetic Pole Fit from any claims, demands, or legal action related to injuries, damages, or losses.
Magnetic Pole Fit, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after participation.Participant Environment & At-Home Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation space is safe, clear, and suitable for movement.
This includes, but is not limited to, responsibility for flooring conditions, furniture placement, available space, footwear, and any equipment or props used during sessions. Magnetic Pole Fit is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from a participant’s physical environment, setup, or personal equipment during live sessions or independent practice.
Intellectual Property & Content Use: All Program materials—including but not limited to live sessions, class recordings, pre-recorded videos, written materials, and on-demand libraries—are the exclusive intellectual property of Magnetic Pole Fit. Program materials are provided for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, sell, publish, or otherwise make available any Program content to others, whether in whole or in part. Unauthorized use or sharing of Program materials may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may also subject you to further legal action.
- Access to Recordings & Bonus Content: Participants will receive access to recordings of their live sessions for a limited period following the completion of the Program. Live class recordings will remain accessible for two (2) months after the Program end date. Bonus on-demand content libraries, including but not limited to floorwork and chair dance materials, will remain accessible for six (6) months from the participant’s Program start date. Access timelines may be subject to platform availability or technical changes; however, Magnetic Pole Fit will make reasonable efforts to maintain access for the stated durations.
Technology, Connectivity & Platform Use: Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access, a compatible device, and the ability to use required platforms such as Zoom or other designated video conferencing tools. Magnetic Pole Fit is not responsible for missed sessions, disruptions, or reduced session quality resulting from participant-side technical issues, including but not limited to internet instability, device malfunction, software issues, or user error.
- Code of Conduct & Program Integrity: Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly throughout the Program. Magnetic Pole Fit reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program—without refund—if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful toward the instructor, the Program structure, or the learning environment. Removal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Magnetic Pole Fit in order to maintain program quality and safety.
- Modifications to the Program or Terms: Magnetic Pole Fit reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust the Program structure, content, schedule, or these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Any updates will be communicated in good faith. Continued participation in the Program following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
- Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
- By booking and participating in this session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
